MIXEDLOVE FAQ - Q&As for Mixed Love


- Where can I find MIXEDLOVE Apparel?
MIXEDLOVE (or Mixed Love, or MixedLove Global - like some of you call us) is everywhere on the web!
Besides here on mixedlove.net, you can find our items on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Etsy and Amazon. Items on sale differ from platform to platform (e.g., you could find different designs and items on Etsy or Amazon compared to the ones we sell on mixedlove.net). 


- What are the shipping costs?
The shipping cost depends on the country you are in. At the moment we ship from two different facilities: one in USA and one in Europe. For this reason prices for shipping can be as low as 3 USD, 4 Euro, 2 GBP, etc. But to have a more accurate idea of your total cost, please use our Shipping Calculator which can be found by clicking on your shopping cart. This way you will know your total cost even before going through the checkout procedure.

- When will I receive my order?
These are our estimated shipping delivery times:
USA: 5­-8 business days
Canada: 6­-12 business days
Europe / Rest of the World: 10-­20 business days
Your order will be generally sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

- My order never arrived?
If your order never made it to you, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we will be happy to send you another order to the correct address. However, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at contact@mixedlove.net and make sure you quote your order number. We will see what we can do for you.

Let us know BEFORE returning any items! We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse. However, we are sure that you will be extremely happy with our products. 

- My product arrived damaged / there's an error with the printing!
The last thing we want, is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrived damaged, or there's a clear problem with the printing, then please get in touch with us and send a photo within a week's time!
If the error was on our side, we will send you a replacement at no extra charge.

- What if I ordered the wrong size?
If you are unhappy with the size you have received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it is possible that the garment was mislabeled.
If you would like a different size, get in touch with us at contact@mixedlove.net and we will let you know what your next steps are. Please note that you might be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

If you really want to return your product, keep in mind that unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs. Items must be in their original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.
